As a retailer, we face many challenges every day. Apart from attracting customers into our stores, we will also need to manage all processes so that we have a final sale! Here are some major challenges we face on daily basis:

 2. Speed up the process to service/deliver the goods/services;

 3. Minimize our cost of sales e.g., rent, cost of banking, cost of payment acceptance; and
